The shift

We have sat in the ceremony and run the retreat. Onboarded guests from across the world. Formulated the product and put it on the shelf. Opened the space. Ran the community. Built the national society and movement from nothing. Took a dream that didn't have solid language, and turned it into something people could touch. On the ground
Yes, we travel.
For retreat centres, community projects, land and festivals, Mishka and any other relevant team fly to you for an immersive working residency. We walk the guest journey, shape the model, co-create a gathering, spark collaborations, and capture photography, film, interviews and ambient footage.
Typical residency: a few days to a few months of potent co-creation · followed by remote build and extended support.

Are your prices fixed?＋
We have rates for various markets on the site, but we do custom quotes globally based on your country, project and buying power. Everything is scoped and priced on the call, then confirmed in a written proposal before anything begins.
Do rates change by country?＋
Yes. We hold separate rates in USD, GBP, EUR and ZAR that honour different currencies and buying power, and we quote custom rates for other markets.
Where are you based?＋
We have some big roots in South Africa with global roots across Europe, India, UK, Bali, Peru, Mexico, and much more. We work remotely as well as have nomadic partners, and for activations we travel to you.
What does ongoing support cover?＋
We decide and define this with you: it could include strategy, content, community and channel management tailored to keep your brand visible and growing.
